The Paxton10 Vandal Resistant Proximity Reader has multi-format reading technology with high compatibility, supporting a plethora of token types concurrently – Paxton, MIFARE®, HID™ Prox, EM, FeliCa, NFC and DESFire token technology. It has a market leading IK10 impact rating with a high impact resistant housing with four security fixings, and is IP67 rated, suitable for external use, even in the harshest conditions. It is compatible with smart devices thanks to the built-in Bluetooth® wireless technology, which can be used via token, touch-to-enter or long range. It has secure encrypted RS485 communication with the Paxton10 Controller and an operating temperature of -35°C – +66°C. It is suitable for surface mounting only with a simple 4 wire installation and comes complete with a 5 year warranty.
