The YALE Doormaster Lever Operated Latch & Hookbolt Twin Spindle Gearbox To Suit G2000 has 35mm backset, 92mm & 62mm centres and has 50mm case width. To suit old style Yale G2000 cases, it offers a cost effective solution for repairing or refurbishing existing door systems without needing to replace the entire strip. The original locks were manufactured with a yellow passivate finish. However, all current replacement versions, whether genuine or equivalent, are now supplied with a silver finish. Please note that the genuine Yale G2000 full mechanism is now discontinued. IdentificationThe configuration of this case is unusual as the hookbolt is above the latch. HandingThe latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw. OperationLocking Method – A. Lift lever to engage locking mechanisms and then one full turn of the cylinder to lock. One full turn of the key, then push down on the lever to unlock.
